FREE YOGA WORKSHOPS AT ROOSEVELT FIELD MALL
Veria Living TV is all set to host two full days of FREE yoga workshops, including some special appearances by the host of their Rock Your Yoga, Sadie Nardini, who will lead participants of all fitness levels in yoga classes and healthy living seminars. This Long Island, NY event kicks off the television network’s national Random Acts of Wellness campaign. There will be prizes and giveaways as well, including a chance at winning a $1000 SpaFinder wellness gift certificate.
The event will take place at the Roosevelt Field Mall at Macy’s Court, 630 Old Country Road, Garden City, NY. The hours are:
Saturday, February 9, 2013 - from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and
Sunday, February 10, 2013 - from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
